Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We ship to 28 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped with an estimated delivery time of 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.

United Kingdom and EU
Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 4 to 7 working days. Costs depend on weight for precise pricing.
Express Shipping: Available with 1 working day delivery, using a weight-based pricing model.

Third-Party Courier / Freight Forwarder:
We recommend using a freight forwarder or local courier agent(i.e DHL, Fedex, One world, Mercury) based in major logistics hubs (e.g. UK, UAE, or USA), select "Address" at checkout. You must provide your forwarder’s full shipping address, account/suite number, and point-of-contact details.
Standard shipping: Shipping to the third party courier/ Freight forwarder is estimated between 2-7 working days depending on the location of the logistic hub of the third party courier/ Freight forwarder you prefer.
